Description of the company's activities

1Mold design and manufacturing unit

After receiving the initial technical information from the customer, this unit designs the sections and the mold and after the final approval, the extrusion mold is made.

2Aluminum billet production unit

The casting unit has the daily production capacity of 20 tons of 6-meter 7-inch billets from the 6000 and 7000 groups, which is worth mentioning that this unit is also equipped with a homo unit.

3Profile production unit

This unit has 3 extrusion presses of 7 and 8 inches, which are equipped with automatic rolling table and double poler machine and have the capacity to produce 15 tons of profiles per shift. After the production, the profiles are straightened and sized and arranged inside the basket using fireproof felt and transferred to the aging furnace for heat treatment.

4Pader coating unit

Habibi Aluminum Industries has the possibility of painting all types of profiles up to 7.5 meters long and 20 tons per day by using 3 electrostatic powder paint lines. In this unit, the profiles are first placed in the cycle of sub-processes including degreasing and chromating, and then they are placed in the drying oven to find the necessary preparation for painting in the paint spraying booths with automatic and robotic gallons. Finally, the profile The dyed ones in the preheat oven and baking oven have a quality and durable color, which are ready to install labels and packaging.

5Anodize unit

Using Italian rectifier devices and steel tubs, brushing and polishing devices, this unit can paint 15 tons of profiles with the best possible quality.

6Polyamide production unit

Habibi Aluminum Industries Co. has produced high-quality fireproof polyamides by taking advantage of its technical knowledge and supplying quality raw materials from top European companies. The identical ones are in the form of rolls and branches, which are transferred to special warehouses with suitable temperature conditions after the production and supervision of the polyamides QC department. It is important to note that humidity plays a very important role in the preservation of polyamide. These polyamides should be kept in a closed and dry environment because even a small amount of moisture reduces the quality of their mechanical properties.

7Sewing unit for thermal brake profiles

First, aluminum profiles are made by the machine to produce teeth between 0.15 mm and 0.30 mm along the groove of the aluminum profile. After finishing the serration of the profiles, using the automatic machine, the Poly Omid branches are pulled into the profile groove and finally pressed by the automatic machine equipped with a pressure gauge display that shows the pressure of each disc separately, and after finishing The sewing steps are checked by the QC department, which has a digital sewing test device, and the pressure and breaking point of the profiles, which should be between 450 and 520 N/m.

8Quality control and monitoring unit.

All the stages of production, coloring, anodizing, sewing profiles and packaging are monitored and analyzed by experts using various laboratory devices.
